Situated in Tribeca, lower Manhattan between West Broadway and Greenwich, Warren Street Hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and design with interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk to New York’s Financial District and bustling SoHo. The neighborhood is characterized by cobblestone streets, restored red brick warehouses, modern art galleries and independent boutiques as well as an array of locally-loved restaurants and cafes. There is an abundance of things to see and do just moments from the hotel including Brookfield Place for shopping and dining with views over the Hudson. Many of the rooms and the suites with terraces look south towards the Woolworth Building, the Oculus and the new World Trade Center Building. The hotel feature 57 individually designed bedrooms and suites along with 12 exclusive upper floor residential suites with small kitchenettes. The hotel has full length windows and climbs to 11 floors. Many of the suites in the hotel have terrace gardens. Facing south, the hotel is full of light even in winter. This is a bright, happy hotel full of color and Kit Kemp’s unique whimsical touches.
Firmdale Hotels won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2018 in recognition of their outstanding achievements in International Trade. This is the fourth time they have won, previously winning in 2000, 2006 and 2009.
