Paul Pugh, owner of Sincerely Paul, was a concierge for 20 years and worked in some of London’s top hotels including the Savoy, the Dorchester and the Berkeley. This experience of personal and discreet service to all types of guests, as well as an extraordinary network and database of contacts, enabled Paul to set up his own concierge and touring business in 2006. He employs excellent drivers and Blue Badge guides. His “little black book” of contacts opens a variety of exclusive doors to royal palaces, private art collections and private gardens. Paul can arrange tickets to soccer matches, sold-out theater performances, the best seats at Wimbledon and other big-ticket events. The airport meet-and-greet service, which includes meeting your clients at the door of the plane, ensures they have a smooth arrival and departure experience. Whether it is help with sightseeing without waiting in line, or special private entry to unique attractions, Paul can help set up memorable experiences for the whole family.
